Send email via online form

If you are a clinician, sending patient-identifiable information via this form is likely to represent a breach of patient confidentiality and data protection. Remember that date of birth or CHI is patient-identifiable information. The CHI not only contains the date of birth but also the sex of the patient. Instead, send us a general enquiry and we will reply to you from an NHS email address that permits confidential information to be transferred, as long as you provide an NHS email address.

If you do not work in the NHS, please note that we may not always be able to answer general questions about psychiatric treatment. Please read other sections of the website to ensure that your query is appropriate for the service. In many cases, it may be more appropriate for you to ask your GP, Community Psychiatric Nurse, support worker, or psychiatrist about the treatments available to you.
